Budget Shortfall Mitigation Bonus 2023-2024
This year’s Budget Shortfall Mitigation Bonus (BSM). The 2023-2024 BSM Bonus in the amount of $237.86 for full-time, and prorated for part-time employees, is payable to eligible Unit 4 personnel in active or on-leave status with a time base as of May 1, 2024.

APC Bargaining Update August 21, 2024
At this last round of negotiations, the CSU took an important step in the right direction by submitting a three-year economic proposal. After this last meeting, it is clear we are negotiating an agreement through FY 2026-2027.
APC Bargaining Update August 12, 2024
The APC and the CSU Bargaining Teams met Friday, August 9, 2024. Unfortunately, we can report little to no progress on proposals of interest on either side of the table. The CSU Bargaining Team again was not prepared to offer a salary proposal even though it was promised to be forth coming at our last bargaining session.
