Latest Bargaining Update – November 20, 2025
The APC Bargaining Team met with CSU again on November 17 to continue salary reopener talks for 2025–26. While the CSU has agreed to pursue a state loan for compensation funding, their current proposal falls short of a permanent raise for Unit 4 employees.

Disbursement of BSM Bonus (Fiscal Year 2024-2025)
APC has received notice of the 2024-2025 Budget Shortfall Mitigation (BSM) Bonus payment of $271.69 for full-time Unit 4 employees, prorated for part-time staff. Eligible employees in active or on-leave status as of May 1, 2025, should receive payment between October 24 and November 1. This bonus is a direct result of past APC members’ collective bargaining efforts.
