The Arbitration Committee serves a vital role in protecting APC members’ rights. This group reviews cases that reach the final step of the grievance process and determines which move forward to arbitration, a decision that can set precedent and strengthen protections for all Unit 4 employees.

Disbursement of BSM Bonus (Fiscal Year 2024-2025)

APC has received notice of the 2024-2025 Budget Shortfall Mitigation (BSM) Bonus payment of $271.69 for full-time Unit 4 employees, prorated for part-time staff. Eligible employees in active or on-leave status as of May 1, 2025, should receive payment between October 24 and November 1. This bonus is a direct result of past APC members’ collective bargaining efforts.
