Q: If APC rejects the Tentative Agreement, what happens next?
A. We will have to return to the bargaining table to see if there are any meaningful changes to which the CSU is willing to agree. Given that is unlikely the CSU will modify its last offer, we will likely enter into impasse procedures. At the conclusion of impasse procedures, sometime this summer, it is possible the CSU could impose a non-pensionable lump-sum bonus of an undetermined amount on employees in lieu of the current 5% GSI.
