Please note, all Town Hall Meetings are held online, and an email will be sent with the link to join the meeting.
November 13 – First town hall meeting (12 noon – 1 p.m.)
November 15 – Opening email to APC members (from AAAElections@adr.org)
November 15 – Second town hall meeting (4 p.m. – 5 p.m.)
November 16 – Third town hall meeting (12 noon – 1 p.m.)
November 16 – Individualized email with salary data sent (from email@example.com)
November 20 – Reminder to vote email. (from AAAElections@adr.org)
November 22 – Last day to join (by 12 noon), applications must be received in the Statewide office to become an APC member and be able to vote
November 22 – Last day (by 12 noon) to request duplicate voting materials (if originals were misplaced)
November 27 – Second and final reminder to vote email (from AAAElections@adr.org)
November 29 – Last day to cast a vote (no later than 5 p.m.)
November 30 – Referendum results announced to Unit 4 employees (A.M.)
November 30 – Referendum results announced to Chancellor’s Office (P.M.)
