Bargaining Update January 2026

APC and CSU bargaining teams have reconvened following the release of the Governor’s 2026–2027 budget proposal. While CSU continues to offer a one-time 3% lump-sum payment, APC has reaffirmed its demand for a 3% General Salary Increase. Discussions are ongoing, with the parties expected to meet again in late February or early March as more budget clarity becomes available.

Meet Samuel Flores – APC’s New Union Organizer

Samuel Flores joined APC in September as a Union Organizer and Labor Relations Representative. With experience organizing across multiple unions and campuses, he now works directly with APC members statewide, supporting organizing efforts, contract enforcement, and member advocacy across the CSU system.
