We’re building a stronger photo library to highlight APC members and events across our social media and website.
To make it fun, we’re running a photo contest where you can earn an entry drawing for every usable image you submit.

What to send
- Group images (3 or more people), horizontal
- Individual or small-group images (1–3 people), vertical
- Taken at meetings, events, or around your campus (selfies are welcome if you're wearing your APC shrt)
- Bonus entry if people are wearing APC shirts
Prizes
- Photo Contest: $100, $75, and $50 gift cards (top three)
- Entry Drawing: Every usable image is one entry*
Max of 10 images accepted per person. Odds of winning depends on the number of entries.
Deadlines
- Photo contest closes December 21, 2025
- Drawing on notification on January 8, 2026
- Gift cards sent by January 9, 2026

- Your name (required for the drawing)
- Your campus
*What counts as a “usable” image?
- Clear, in focus, and well lit
- Large enough for web use (original size preferred)
- Faces visible (no heavy filters)
- We have verbal permission from the people pictured
